Order Status and Tracking 
Most orders are allocated a tracking number, you can follow the status of your order from the My Account section of our website. As your order is fulfilled, a confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided when you signed up to keep you updated.

Hassle Free Return Policy
HospitalityTrader provides customers with a transparent & open return policy year round, Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement and must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. Used items or opened packaging will not be accepted. The costs of returning the items are at your expense unless we have sent out the incorrect item. Prior to returning any goods, please log a return request from the My Account section of our website or please call our Customer Service Line on 1300 889 419. More

Warranties
For Commercial Catering Equipment items and Point of Sale Systems, Devices and Hardware, HospitalityTrader will honour the manufacturer warranty issued on products where applicable for the period specified with the piece of equipment being purchased. More

Shipping
HospitalityTrader.com can deliver to business and home locations. Estimated delivery times within Australia are 2 to 10 working days. Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post eParcel service or via our preferred courier during normal business hours.

Upon delivery the goods must be signed for, if there is no one at the location at the time of delivery a delivery notification will be left and either the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Under no circumstances does HospitalityTrader.com ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time. Shipping options will be displayed when you checkout. More

  • $9.95 Flate Rate Australia Wide (Metro Only) 
  • Some Country and Regional Shipping within Australia will be quoted based on order size and weight.
  • International Shipping will be quoted based on order size and weight.

Minimum Quantities
There is no minimum quantity requirements, however some items such as cutlery glassware, crockery and other commercial items are subject to minimum pack quantities cannot be separated.

Backorders
We will endeavour to keep all items in stock, so we can service orders quickly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately, we will contact you by phone or email and advise you of the next availability or alternative.
