Returns

HospitalityTrader provides customers with a transparent & open return policy year round, Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement and must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. Used items or opened packaging will not be accepted.

The costs of returning the items are at your expense unless we have sent out the incorrect item. Prior to returning any goods, please log a return request from the My Account section of our website or please call our Customer Service Line on 1300 889 419.

Return Summary

  • All return requests are subject to HospitalityTrader.com approval.
  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • To verify you are eligible to make a return, please log a return request from the My Account section on our website or contact Customer Service 1300 889 419. We will explain your options and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Returns will not be processed without a valid RA number from our Customer Service Team. 
  • Approved returns must be received in unused condition and be in original packaging. 
  • We cannot accept returns for any used items; no exceptions.
  • Returns resulting from customer order error will be charged freight both ways. 
  • All fees will be deducted before a credit or refund is issued.
  • Special order items cannot be returned.
  • We don't charge re-stocking fees.
