• Completion of a comprehensive Franchise application form. The application form will help identify your compatibility with franchising and coffee retailing by assessing your lifestyle requirements and comparing those with the cultural and business requirements of Zarraffa’s Coffee.

Full Training Provided

A Zarraffa’s Coffee franchise offers a full start-up training program at the company’s Training Academy on the Gold Coast. This training covers key areas of practical/ operational instruction, management, marketing and accounting.

Operational manuals and guides are also provided, in addition to full support from the Zarraffa’s head office Operations team. Training is also continued in your store for a period of three weeks once you open, to assist with the education of your new staff and the day–to-day operations to ensure a smooth handover.

Turn-key Operation

The Zarraffa’s Coffee Franchise Package includes the full fit-out of plant and equipment. Our specialised team completes all the steps in order to hand you the keys to a fully operational business on opening day.

Bank Accreditation
